Nathan’s Cove is Northshore Homes’ newest community, tucked off Lonas Drive in the heart of West Knoxville. It is an intimate neighborhood of just 14 homesites along a quiet street, designed to feel cozy and connected rather than sprawling. The first homes are under construction now, with the first completion expected in 2026.

Every home in Nathan’s Cove is a two-story Northshore design with four to five bedrooms and 2,100 to 2,400 square feet, priced from the mid $500s. Open main levels are made for gathering, while the bedrooms sit together on a private upper floor.
