We are not the biggest builder in town, and we are not trying to be. We build one community at a time and put our name on every home.

Meet Our Co-Founder & COO

David Drozhzhin is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Northshore Homes and a licensed Tennessee real estate broker. He has spent his career in Knoxville real estate and construction, with a hand in more than 40 home builds across the city. When he is not on a job site, he is usually training for his next marathon. He brings the same mindset to both: steady work, done right, over the long haul.
