Northshore Construction Inc
DBA Northshore Homes

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Northshore Homes (“Northshore Homes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website northshoretn.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors to the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

Information We Collect About You

We collect two types of information from visitors to the Site.

(a) Information You Provide to Us. When you fill out any form on the Site, including our contact forms, the “Get in touch today” form, the Nathan’s Cove interest list, or the Build on Your Own Lot interest list, we collect the information you enter, such as your first and last name, phone number, email address, and any questions or comments you include. You are not required to provide this information, but if you choose not to, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry or add you to an interest list.

(b) Information Collected Automatically. As you navigate the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the Site. We collect this information using cookies and analytics tools (described below) to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiries and requests, including scheduling home tours and answering questions about our homes, communities, and pricing.

Add you to our email lists so we can send you the communications described in the next section.

Notify you when new homes are released in communities you have expressed interest in, such as Nathan’s Cove, and when programs you have expressed interest in launch, such as our build-on-your-lot program.

Operate, maintain, and improve the Site, including analyzing how visitors use it.

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

Email Communications and Marketing Consent

By submitting any form on the Site, you consent to receive emails from Northshore Homes, including both (a) responses to your specific inquiry and (b) marketing and promotional emails, such as new home releases, community updates, program launches, and other news about Northshore Homes. Your submission of a form constitutes your express consent to be added to our email list for these purposes.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking that link or by emailing us at hello@northshoretn.com with the word “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Opting out of marketing emails will not prevent us from responding directly to an inquiry you have submitted or from sending non-promotional messages related to a transaction you are involved in.

We do not send text messages for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Site and our business, for example, website hosting, form processing, email delivery, analytics, and customer relationship management tools. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us.

Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

Business transfers. If Northshore Homes is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be included among the assets transferred. We will require any successor to honor the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.

Choices Regarding Control of Your Personally Identifiable Information

If we become aware of a breach affecting the security of your personal information, we will notify you as promptly as reasonably possible, and you consent to our use of email as a means of such notification.

Cookies and Other Technologies

The Site uses cookies, small text files stored on your device, and similar technologies to make the Site work properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for this purpose; the information these tools collect is aggregated and does not personally identify you. The Site also displays a cookie consent banner where you can accept or decline non-essential cookies.

You can also disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. The “help” section of your browser explains how. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Notice to California Residents: California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law permits you to request, once per calendar year, information about how we have shared your personal information (if at all) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. As stated above, we do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
