Do you offer custom homes or renovations?

No. We build our own predesigned plans in our own communities, and we do not offer fully custom designs, renovations, or additions. Keeping our focus narrow is how we keep quality high and the process simple. Our build-on-your-lot program, launching soon, will let you choose a Northshore plan for your own land.

Where does Northshore Homes build?

We build in Knoxville, Tennessee, one community at a time. Our current community is Nathan's Cove in West Knoxville. We do not build outside of Knox County.

What price range are your homes?

Pricing depends on the community and the home. In Nathan's Cove, our current community, homes start in the mid $500s.

Is Northshore Homes licensed?

Yes. Northshore Homes is both a licensed contractor and a licensed real estate brokerage in Tennessee.
